The date is near to deadline of the Winter transfer window i.e. 31st January 2022.

All teams are making fast and big transactions including, purchasing players, loaning out and welcoming new faces and Chelsea FC has appeared to be active in the race too.


This column includes all the Ins and Outs of Chelsea’s transfer situation before this transfer window meets its end.

Done Deals

So far, Blues have only been able to complete the signing of one player.

Brazilian Midfielder Kenedy


The South American Left-Midfielder who was signed from Fluminense, a Brazilian Carioca Serie A. League team and was loaned further to various teams in different leagues, is now back at his club.

Rumours

Excitingly, In the final days of this window, An awful lot of players have been reported to be engaged in talks with Chelsea about the entrance and exits.

Possible Signings For Londoners

Ousmane Dembele, the injury magnet, has decided to leave Barcelona after the Spanish side is struggling with finances, and are intending to remain lowkey.
The Frenchman is willing to go with the UCL Champions after a number of teams have shown interest in him.
Also, Chelsea has higher chances of signing Dembele than other teams, since Tuchel has always liked the player considering his own words “Dembele’s talent was innate. Very, very unusual. Along with these players, Jules Kounde. Presnel Kimpembe, Laywin Kurzawa, Raphinha from Leeds United and plenty of players have reported being contacted or have contacted the Chelsea board in recent days.

Exit Rumours

The back door of Stamford Bridge is open for some athletes who have aged more than that of usual standards. The board does not offer a more than 1-year contract extension to players of higher ages. This reason has led many players to find an alternative before it gets late.

Paris Saint-Germain has shown interest in signing Romelu Lukaku.

It doesn’t matter what year and season, the transfer window never fails to amaze us.

Let’s wait and watch how many last-moment transactions can these parties pull before the dust settles down and the Blues come in the clutch to fight for Premier League and UCL cup and make the latter half, the better half of their 2021/2022 season.
